HYrion was built from firsthand frustration — not a whiteboard exercise. An engineer who crossed borders, changed careers, and spent nights rewriting the same resume for the hundredth time decided to automate the grind instead.

HYrion is named after Orion — the hunter constellation. Just as Orion's belt guides sailors through the night sky, HYrion guides job seekers through the noise of the modern job market.
The founder, Gamze, is an Industrial Engineer from Turkey who became a Computer Science student at Ontario Tech — bringing 7 years of cross-industry work experience into a completely new market. She knew what a strong candidate looked like. The Canadian job search process didn't care. Hours lost to reformatting resumes, rewriting cover letters from scratch, and tracking applications across spreadsheets. She built the tool she needed.
Today, HYrion serves two sides of the hiring equation. Job seekers get AI-tailored resumes, cover letters, interview prep, and automated applications at scale. Recruiters get a structured pipeline with AI match scoring, custom stages, and team collaboration — without enterprise pricing.
